3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within your account area. Once cancelled, you will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.

4. Refunds for subscription payments

Because GasTheory provides immediate access to digital content and revision tools, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue a refund in limited situations, such as:

• Duplicate payments or clear billing errors; or
• Extended technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service after you have contacted support and given us a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem.
